Returns

- The item must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos/video of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours after placing the order. After processing or shipment, orders cannot be canceled.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
