The KADTC U.S. Brand & Design All in ONE-2 Ways to Play Cat Treat Dispensing Puzzle Toy is a cool and interesting cat treat toy. It arrives fully assembled in the box. I disassembled it and took a picture of the parts. The big main section is where your cat can stick their hands in some holes and play with a ball that stays inside the main compartment. Then on top of that is like a UFO section where you can put in cat treats and the hole of the ufo passes into a hole in the main compartment. From there the cat can then also try to grab the treat. I took a star off because the container is hard to open for cleaning or anything - the plastic is tight and the notchs are small and hard to see.

It’s a great way to slow down those fast eaters while keeping them entertained and mentally engaged.Assembly was super quick — it was ready to go within minutes. Even our big, lazy, lovable jerk of a cat, who usually can’t be bothered with anything that doesn’t nap back, spent a good while batting it around and trying to get the treats out. That’s a win in our book.If your cats aren’t the sharpest tools in the shed, it might take them a bit to figure out how it works, but once they do, it’s fun to watch them puzzle it out.One small tip: if you’ve got larger or more energetic cats, you might want to stick some non-slip pads on the bottom. Ours gleefully turned it into a makeshift hockey puck across the kitchen floor.Overall, it’s a fun, simple, and effective way to feed or treat your cat while keeping them active and entertained.

My cat and I have had a blast with this KADTC treat puzzle once we got it set up—though getting there took a minute. The toy has two play modes: you can load treats into the slow-feeder puzzle top or let your cat bat the foraging balls around to knock out snacks. It is a great way to burn off a little kitten energy and slow down mealtime.When I first tried to snap the pieces together, nothing would line up. After a few confused minutes I found the culprit: a small round black felt tab on the top piece. The instructions never mention it, but the toy simply will not fit together unless you pull that tab off first. Once I removed it everything clicked into place perfectly.Since then it has been easy. The parts wipe clean in seconds, the construction feels sturdy, and the different play styles keep my cat engaged. She loves fishing for treats in the puzzle side and chasing the little foraging balls. It turns snack time into a fun game for both of us—just remember to take off that mystery felt tab before you start.

Finally a cat feeder that took longer than 2 seconds for him to figure out. Best part being once he figured it out, it still took him a while to get the treats out as opposed to the other ones that we have for him, where he just knocked them over or can get them out easily..I will say I had a bit of trouble putting this together because the directions were not really clear. There is a grey foam circle shaped insert over the hole where the feeder snaps into top of the dome. It doesn’t say whether or not you’re supposed to pull it out or not so I just put my feeder on without taking that foam piece out. I guess it makes a better seal on it but it does not specifically say anywhere that you’re supposed to leave it in or take it out which is a little confusing. Also, the reason it’s getting a four instead of a five is because putting the treats in is also kind of a challenge because once you take the lid off the feeder, getting it back on, considering that it spins, it’s also kind of a challenge to get back the lid on. But outside of that, this thing is very well constructed. The plastic is heavy and not flimsy it spins around easily and my cat was entertained. You could see in the video. It does take him a hot minute to figure out how to get in there and get the treats but by maybe 20 minutes after this video was taken he’s pulling all the treats out and dumping them on the floor so he’s got it figured out. It just takes them a little while to get them out of there. Which is fantastic because he is into mischief all the time and needs to be entertained or challenged and this does that for him. Oh the other thing that I didn’t like - the plastic balls that are on the inside. He took those out in the first I don’t know 30 seconds that he had it and has already lost one of the balls. The fact that the hole is big enough for the balls to come out is a little annoying because now they’re gone, and I don’t know where they are so I have to find some sort of replacement to put in there that won’t come out of the hole. Since you could take the whole dome portion apart, I can find something else to put in there that won’t come out of that hole, but it was a little disappointing that they were small enough to come out the whole point is that they should stay in. Only treats should come out. Because now the balls are gone and he’s only had it less than 24 hours. So that’s why we gave this a four out of five instead of a five out of five. This is a great concept a great idea and it’s challenging for my Cat so definitely would recommend. However, to the person or people that make this toy, I would recommend that you make the balls bigger so they’re either A) a little harder to get out or B) they don’t come out at all.

My outside cats loved it. My inside cats not so much.

My cats really liked this product. They were confused at first but they got the hang of it and now really enjoy when I get out the greenies. Be careful when you open the top to put treats in, it’s a little flimsy.

Wasn’t sure my cat would get the hang of this one, he’s not exactly the sharpest tool in the shed, but even he figured it out pretty quick.The different compartments keep him engaged longer than a single treat dispenser would. Balls roll around enough to keep chasing interesting without being frustrating.Good pick if you want something that’ll actually get used instead of ignored after day one.

My cats love this! It took a few days for them to figure out how to turn the top so the kibble falls down, but now they know to give it 2 or 3 turns so they get more treats. It keeps them occupied for hours!

This product was an excellent design and there was nothing wrong with it. I did process a return for it due to my cat being very stubborn and particular and nothing wrong with the toy. She absolutely won't touch the spaceship on tip. I was highly appreciative of the no return needed for the refund. Thank you for the product and I will still proceed to antice my cat to play with it over time.

My cats love it, took the Main Coon (1 yr old) about 30 min to figure out the spin on her own, and she loves it for treats, it is also working great as a slow feeder for our other cat who needs to slow down.

It took a bit of teaching my cats to use this. So, it takes about 5 minutes of prep time where you teach the cat to paw in. Especially if you have a cat that is at all skittish or not super food motivated. It’s very light and fits well on their cat tree right now. A few of the cats really enjoy it. The ones with a stronger natural prey drive and food motivation will love it.

Great toy we have 9 cats and this has been holding up so far. It keeps the cats busy for a while when we lay down at night. Been using a mix of they're normal kibble and temptations treats.

I bought this for my 5 month old kitten and he loves it .it keeps him busy and he loves the snack dispenser.

I love that this puzzle feeder gives the cat two tasks: moving the upper part to drop the kibbles into the lower part, and then fishing them out. My cat figured it out immediately as she has used many puzzle feeders before. Even though she knows how to drop the kibbles, she still has to work to get them out, which slows her feeding down and adds extra fun. I also like that you can simply drop the full amount of kibbles into one section; with other puzzles, I need to sort them into different compartments—which is fine, but when I’m busy or tired, it’s nice to have a quick way to fill a feeder. Putting it together was also a lot easier than I thought.

We've tried other cat play/feeders with not much success. Our cat isn't the brightest so he usually doesn't even notice. I didn't have high hopes for this, but it has proven quite successful. For some reason, it works well with his high food motivation and keeps him engaged until he has extracted every treat.This puzzle toy is essentially in two parts. There's a small bowl on the top into which you put cat treats. You then put a lid over that bowl and put it on the floor where your cat can reach it. There are holes in the bottom of the bowl that, when spun, will line up with holes in the top of the bottom piece and the treats will fall through into a larger section with holes large enough for your cat to fit its paws and retrieve the treat, with a bit of difficulty. There are also two balls in the lower portion to make getting the treat more difficult and stimulating.Our cat hasn't exactly figured out to spin the top part, but he knocks it around enough to get the treats to fall through and he is diligent and persistent about retrieving them from the bottom portion. It can keep him busy for up to 15 minutes just for a few treats.I do have some quibbles about the construction as the lid to the top piece is difficult to get sealed on and comes off easily, and the top part is rather wobbly. But overall, I think the idea and the execution of this puzzle/toy/feeder are are very clever and very helpful for food-motivated cats like ours.

This cat toy is great. Its a little finky when you install the top part. The foam isn't meant to stay on I think. The balls do nothing for my cat. However her motivation is fueled solely by food. You can't praise her with petting. Food is the only way I can convince this cat to do anything. I filled it, showed her how to spin it, she figured that out quick. But the retrieval of the treats took her about half a day to finally figure out. I had to leave her alone to embarrass herself alone. I don't like that it's not dishwasher safe. That's my only real downside for it. Shes an older adult cat, I wouldn't go so far as calling her elderly. But she was able to stick her paw in all the holes (kinda funny watching a frustrated cat) but she could smell the treats so she was determined. At one point she stuck her face in the opening of one of the big holes. If anything, get this just to laugh at your cat. It's pretty lightweight, it doesn't collapse or fold so it takes up about a square foot of space. There's a sticker that mentions hot water damages it. I don't think I can just Lysol my cat's food things.

Assembly of this is pretty easy, if you do as others have said, if you remove some mystery foam disk that is on top of the dome. There is no mention of it anywhere, so I removed it and the dome, and the little UFO dispenser clicks on easily.Few things I noticed pretty quickly after that. First was the ping pong balls are smaller than the holes in the dome. Meaning eventually that will come out and vanish under the coach. Only a matter of time. The next thing was how do you open the dang treat dispenser. It took some fumbling and awkward grabbing to hold the spinning thing so you can then twist the top off. Neither the bottom spinny thing nor the top cover has any really good things to grab onto. Once you figure it out, it's fine.The cats really had fun with this thing for a solid few hours before they got bored and abandoned it. Putting this away for a while and bringing it out occasionally will keep them using it for longer.Overall, it's fun. The cats enjoyed it and I enjoyed watching them play with it. No regrets.
