I purchased this because I needed another vertical scratching post. It is NOT safe. There isn't enough of a base and it tipped over on my kitten. He is so afraid of it now, he won't go near it. I even tucked it under the edge of the couch for more stability. It's not a good design. The sisel wraps around the bottom and sticks to the back of the board. I had trouble getting it to stay in place. Customer service was very responsive with this issue. Still, I couldn't flatten the sisel. The strips of tape are not enough to hold it down. The edges of the sisel are not good for cats. My kittens got their nails stuck in it an already pulled threads out. The only way to really use this scratching post is on the floor as an angled board. I gave it 3 stars because if used on the floor it probably works well.
Our fur babes approve! Very nice quality! Sturdy material. Great size (we have bigger cats). It holds up well. Our biggest cat was scratching and PULLING hard and this thing held up. Very impressed. Here's a photo of our youngest fur babe enjoying it earlier. My daughter sprinkled cat nip on it and they went crazy for it. Definitely going to buy another!
I really like this cat scratcher for many reasons - no plastic or foam, easy to assemble, very sturdy, great value, and my cats love it! But the base isn't wide enough for the height. My cat pulled it over on herself because it's a bit unstable. I ended up laying ot down flat on the floor and kitties can go crazy on it 🤪.
I am only reviewing on quality of the product since I just received this item today and time will tell if the fluffy potato will use it or not. The package came nicely wrapped and I am impressed with the quality of the product. You do have to assemble it but I had no trouble and completed the whole thing in less than 20 minutes. The fabric was folded when I got it but I just rolled the fabric the opposite way, giving some extra attention to where the creases were, and they came out easily. The instructions are minimal but very straight forward. They provided a small screw driver which was a plus! I placed it by her favorite spot to destroy and sprayed some catnip on it to get her interest. The bottom fits just enough under my couch to keep it from tipping over. Overall, I am very happy with this product and I really hope she uses it instead of my couch 🫠
Great item but the one end won’t stay secured.
I have 2 15-week-old kittens. They love this scratcher!! They can stretch out or sit on it and claw it. Sometimes I have it upright and sometimes I lay it down. Great purchase!!
I love that this is cute and doesn’t look like a big eyesore in the middle of my living room. My cat loves this.

I liked the design because it’s not one of those tall towers. Sadly our cats never touched it as they associated scratching to their tall towers. So the tall tower remains. Remember to return it within the return window if it is untouched as we missed it. We were able to gift the Ramp to an neighbor.

The company cheerhome Pets market natural rope that the cats like much better. This is a standard sisel. With all the tariffs, I can’t imagine what these small companies are going through however, this does not help me. The tape does not hold at the bottom either. Seemed like a good idea, but you have to have the perfect size gap in your furniture to hold it in place.
It’s too early to tell how well this scratcher will hold up. However, my cat almost immediately started using it and seems to like it. It is well designed and built. My cat is not a kitten…..but she thinks she is a kitten.
My cats love it, great quality, well worth the money spent. I also like that you can buy a replacement sisal and reuse the piece:)
The 2 cats immediately took to it, particularly when standing with long side at a shallow rather than steep angle to the floor. Most of the time they have a scratch with their front paws then go on their way. Other times they lay on it and claw with all 4 paws, other times they wrap their string & stick toys around the legs and play. Good value so far.

This looks really nice and was straightforward to assemble, but the scratching surface is attached using an adhesive strip which does NOT work well. The adhesive failed immediately and because the scratching surface is now floppy, my cats won't use it anymore. I may try hot gluing it to the entire wooden surface to see if that works, but overall it's feeling like a waste of money and space.

Not hard to assemble. It’s the perfect size for the front of the arm of the couch and helps deter my cats. It’s a little flimsy and can tip over when being used. I put a little catnip on it for them to use it.
Cat has no interest in it but if overal the product is decent. My cat is just particular on what she likes. Uses her bamboo tree usually
I wish all products were as well thought out as this one. I am lucky to have three tabbies that all use scratchings pads and posts. BUT there has to be something to scratch on in every room, or they begin to use whatever furniture to scratch on that is in their sight. This product solves that problem. It can be used as a ramp or as a vertical scratcher, can be placed discreetly against the side a chair or stand, and is nicely made, easy to put together, and reasonably attractive. It doesn't take up the whole room, but gets the job done. AND once they get over their initial suspicion, all three of them use it! This is my second one. The first one has held up beautifully with regular use by 3 cats. Clever design, they give you everything you need to put it together, even extra screws and a handly little phillips head screwdriver that you can use on other things too. I wish everything was made as well as this product. Fair price, too!
It's easy to assemble and looks good quality and sturdy. The downside is my cat doesn't really pay attention to it, it's more like an occasional stratch here and there. However it did help so he won't scratch our furniture anymore. He does use it more like a ramp to play with so it's nice anyway.
