My dogs love it but it was delivered with a small break. The paper Amazon bag it came in was kind of rough looking and appeared unsealed.The puzzle is thin plastic, maybe it didn't hold up well during the delivery process.
I wish there were more stars to give!!! This was my dogs first experience with a puzzle toy. I used beef jerky and she loved it. I think we did it three times in a row and then she had a nap! It's very entertaining for me to watch her figure it out. Very durable, she was trying to use her teeth and it didn't even scratch. Wish it had suction cups or "grabby" stuff on the back as she scooted it around a lot, yet not a game changer. Will buy more from this company.

works well for small to medium dogs. i have a large lab and this was unfortunately too small for her regular feeding amount. it worked really well just take into consideration dog size!
My 6 month old pup figured this out pretty quickly. It takes him about 30 seconds to get through the whole thing.
This is great for my puppy my only complaint is that the little pieces of food and treats get stuck in the sides and are hard to get out.

My 5 month old pupson loves this but he�s toooo smart cleaned it out in under 10minutes but he gets a kick out of playing with it!
